The Drayton Valley Thunder players recently had the chance to see if their team-building skills held up off the ice. Drayton Valley/Brazeau County Fire Services Chief Tom Thomson says the team has been getting to meet and exercise with fire services members for some time.

Auxiliary supports several important services

Last year was a busy one for the Drayton Valley Healthcare Auxiliary. Doreen Beckett, the president and manager of the Drayton Valley Healthcare Auxiliary Thrift Store, says they raise funds for the Drayton Valley Hospital, the Serenity House, and the Breton Extended Care facility.
